License Grant

Subscription Term
This license is valid for the subscription period purchased (typically annual). Continued use beyond the subscription term requires renewal. Upon renewal, you will continue to receive updates, support, and access to all features included in your plan.
License Validation
The extension may require license activation and periodic validation via Moogento's license service. This validation ensures compliance with subscription terms and enables access to updates and support. An active internet connection may be required for validation purposes.
License Plans

Restrictions

Moogento respects your privacy and does not collect or store sensitive customer data.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the extension, including but not limited to source code, documentation, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain the exclusive property of Moogento. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the extension.
Warranty Disclaimer
The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. Moogento does not warrant that the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You assume all risks associated with the installation and use of the extension.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moogento shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the extension, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Moogento's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
