It’s a really simple and clear system – Filter & Print (Picklists & Packing Sheets), Clip & Slide (Picklists to trolleys & Packing Sheets into boxes), Roll (start picking).

– Filter orders by Processing & Not-Printed using ShipEasy.

– Print ‘PDF Trolleybox’ picklists with PickPack & put them in your trolley.

– Shelf-sorted orders: Orders are grouped by shelf across trolleys.

Integrated packing sheet & pick list printing

TrolleyBox as an addon for PickPack allows you to print the PickPack packing sheets (or invoices) at the same time as the trolley picklists.

How does this help? When you print the TrolleyBox picklists, you can also put into each trolley box the specific packing sheet that corresponds to that box number. When the trolley is picked, everything you need to know about each order is right there in each box.

The pickers can just leave the complete trolleys for the packers to work on, and grab a fresh trolley. Or pack each trolley before grabbing the next – TrolleyBox is there to help whatever system works best for you.

Easy Pickings

The process is simple: manually select and assign orders to pickers, or have TrolleyBox do it automatically. It’ll assign orders to trolleys for an optimal pick route, create the picklists, and be ready.

In config you can select which admin users can be auto-assigned, which priority of orders they can be assigned, and the order to assign orders to pickers.

Each Picker gets updated in their personal dashboard. They go and grab any empty trolley and scan any box on that trolley (we provide the labels).

Trolleybox immediately assigns a collection of orders to that trolley and to each box, and the Picker is ready to start.

Simple Packings

Once the Picker is done, they can either continue Packing or can just leave the trolley for the Packers.

Packers grab the next loaded trolley and scan any box. Trolleybox knows which orders are in which box. TrolleyBox also works with single-boxes – just scan a box and go.

The Packer just scans items in any order into the shipping box.

When the Pack is complete TrolleyBox will automatically set the order status to keep the customer and warehouse team in the loop.

TrolleyBox Integration Requirements

TrolleyBox is an add-on to our award-winning PDF customiser (PickPack) – your Picklists will be upgraded for manual processing via advanced printouts.

It’s also an add-on to our barcode order processing system, Pick-n-Scan. Ensure Pick-n-Scan or PickPack is installed (or both) and running before integrating TrolleyBox.

TrolleyBox also requires ShipEasy’s order management engine to show, sort and filter TrolleyBox and Pick-n-Scan attributes in the Orders page.
