We’re still increasing AOV here. While the profit per item might be less, total revenue and total profit will be increasing – not only good for the bottom line, but also a key metric in business valuation, and the increased volume can open up cheaper stock purchases.


No need to offer discounted products here if that works better for your business – you can show related products filtered by category, or a single product you’re trying to promote.
