No huge urls to confuse – there’s simply a short code on the end of a short url, letting your customers track their orders using Magento.

This is shown in the customer profile orders tab, and you can also send this in transactional emails. ThanksEasy seamlessly integrates to show this in the order success page. All options come with a QR code for easy mobile tracking.

How to get order shipping details in Magento 2?

In the order detail page you’ll see what type of shipping your customer chose. With ShipEasy you can also see this in the Orders page. It’s confusing to work out at what stage the order is in – with TrackEasy you get a visual timeline, showing order date, expected dates for shipping, actual shipping date, expected ‘delivered by’ date. Ie. simple tracking for Magento 2, so you or your customers can track the order with minimal hassle.

How does Magento track shipping?

Magento tracks each shipment individually, allowing you to add a tracking number to each shipment.

The default system isn’t very clear, with no tracking showing in the Orders page.

ShipEasy changes that – it becomes a 1-click process to add shipments with tracking attached, and then shows this in Orders. Each shipment is then clearly visible with TrackEasy, combined for each order in an easy-to-understand visual timeline in its own page.

This enables customers to view detailed status updates for their orders throughout the entire shipping process.
