Licenses

Our software is licensed per Magento installation.
We require a paid license before installing it on any domain.
The licensing terms for subscription plugins (most Magento 2 ones come under this) require a valid payment method on file.
If the payment for a subscription product is not made, the plugin is no longer licensed for use and should be immediately removed.
Once payment has been made, the product is licensed for the appropriate period, even if the payment method becomes invalid in the interim.
We take all instances of piracy seriously. The license & code are not transferable, and cannot be given/sold/leased or otherwise-provided to any other person or entity.
Licenses cannot be transferred between accounts, but we can change the account contact email if you’re on a current valid license.

Dev/Staging Licenses

We have an easy system for setting license keys to dev/staging sites. You are permitted up to 3 dev/staging sites per key, 20 on Pro Plans. These can be requested inside your downloads page, just click ‘+ dev key’ and enter the domain that you’d like to install it on. You need to be on a current valid key to add dev/staging domains.
Please wait 1 working day for your request to be authorised.
We recommend registering your dev site(s) and live sites right after purchase. The first site installed on is auto-registered, so you can immediately start testing the extension on one of your dev/staging/live sites while waiting for the others to be authorised.
* Using the software on a staging/dev sites before requesting (and receiving) access is not permitted and will activate our fraud prevention measures.

Price Adjustments & Notifications

We strive to offer competitive pricing and exceptional value for our software. Due to various factors, there may occasionally be a need to adjust the pricing.
In the event of a price increase, we are committed to transparency for our customers. We will provide a notification of any upcoming price changes to your plan at least two weeks prior to the billing date associated with your account. This notice will be sent to the email address on file for your account.
It is important to ensure that your contact information remains current to avoid any disruptions. The notification will include the new pricing, and the effective date of the change.
Our goal is always to ensure that you receive the highest quality products and services with a great return on investment.

Privacy & Security

We won’t spam or sell your info. We will email you occasionally with details of free updates to your downloaded extensions, and sometimes a series of emails as a user guide.
You can opt out of both with 1 click in the email, or in the ‘My Notifications Prefs’ section of your account.

Magento 1 & Magento 2

These have been separately developed from the ground up, and require separate licenses if you’re running M1 & M2.
If you’re on an M1 Maintenance Plan, or have purchased a M1 extension within the last 90 days, we’ll pro-rate refund you the M1 cost, as soon as your M1 site isn’t publicly accessible.

Guarantee

If you buy an extension from Moogento and it doesn’t match your expectations, you can request a no-hassle 100% refund within 14 days of purchase.

Liability

Please backup your database and store before installing any of our extensions, or hiring us for custom work. We accept no liability for anything that goes wrong – but please let us know so we can fix it.
We are not liable to you for any damages (including any loss of profits, incidental or consequential) caused to you, your information, your reputation, or your business, arising out of the use, or inability to use, our extensions, or resulting from work we may do (on your server, or in files sent to you) in the pursuit of bug-fixing, feature-addons, or custom work.
