Magento has just released a high-priority Security patch, called Supee 6788.
It's recommended to update your Magento installation immediately with this Patch.
A lot of extensions need a change to work with this patch, you can see a list here.
The best solution is going to be to install the latest version of all extensions, testing each one before moving to the next.
If you don't want to do that, there are often guides explaining how to manually adapt each extension to deal with the new security patch (we've got some for affected Moogento extensions below).
Updating Moogento Extensions to Work with Supee 6788
pickPack since 3.4.94 (and possibly before) is fine with this and doesn't need updating.
All other extensions were updated yesterday, and are available in the Downloads section of your account - please download and install the latest version before installing the patch so that everything will run smoothly.
If you haven't purchased the extension in the last 90 days, you can get access to the latest version by getting on a Maintenance Plan (see your Downloads page for details).
If you don't want to upgrade to the latest version, you can apply the changes yourself. Here's a quick rundown (if your extension is not listed then there's no need to do anything at the moment):
